Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales & collection targets in assigned territory
Expand and manage dealer/retailer network
Execute retail sales initiatives
Coordinate with CRM, KAM, and project teams
Implement dealer schemes and ensure pricing discipline
Track key influencers (contractors, fabricators, etc.)
Provide market insights and sales forecasts

Desired Profile:

Graduate (MBA preferred) with 48 years in building materials or allied industries
Strong in channel sales, dealer management & project sales
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
Local market knowledge and regional language proficiency required
