Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

✔️ Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

✔️ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

✔️ High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Review financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and process vendor invoices with accurate booking of TDS/GST in the Oracle system.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of management reports.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and local laws.
