Job Description

Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the company's systems. 2
Preparation of Financial Reports: Compile and prepare various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health. 1
Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. 2
Budgeting Assistance: Support the budgeting process by gathering data, organizing it, and assisting in the development of comprehensive budget plans. 1
Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations by comparing financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. 1
Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and finance team members to complete various accounting projects and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 1
Payroll Management: Assist in managing payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Educational Background: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and external stakeholders.
