Job Description Assistant Accountant Company: EcoRatings Position: Assistant Accountant Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: EcoRatings is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally , GST filings , PF & ESIC compliance , and Payroll processing . This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP . Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers . Assist in GST preparation, filing, and reconciliation . Handle PF and ESIC calculations, submissions, and compliance documentation. Support monthly payroll processing , including attendance verification, salary computation, and statutory deductions. Assist in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable entries. Maintain documentation for audits and support auditors as required. Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory accounting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. Strong knowledge of GST filing , PF , ESIC , and payroll compliance. Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
