Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Primary /Secondary sale, channel performance assessment, spend analysis and report standardization
  • Drive automation of financial reporting and analysis tools to improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics.
  • Drive Commercial hygiene across the Distributor points – Stock Audits, Claims Validation etc.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Business Partnering with Sales team (Retail) – Ensuring timely collections, processing of claims and driving commercial hygiene.
  • Obtaining confirmation of balance on a quarterly basis from all vendor and customer, reconciliation if any.
  • Manage overdue & outstanding

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Finance with minimum of 6 years of experience in FMCG business, handling sales commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial system
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills to work effectively with sales and finance teams
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, revenue management, and contract negotiations with distributors
