💼 Key Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of solar energy systems.

Manage and optimize the performance of solar assets to ensure maximum energy generation and uptime.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify maintenance or repair needs.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyze data from solar monitoring systems to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.

Oversee warranties, insurance coverage, and asset lifecycle documentation.

Forecast and budget operational and maintenance expenses effectively.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Identify and implement optimization initiatives to improve energy yield and reduce operational costs.

Assess financial performance of solar assets and recommend improvement strategies.

Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and policy changes impacting solar asset management.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding system operations, performance, and maintenance activities.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Strategic planning and execution in energy or infrastructure projects.

In-depth understanding of solar or renewable energy operations (preferred).

Financial acumen and strong analytical decision-making.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
