Return on assets (ROA)

Total spend and potential savings
Operational and Performance KPIs: Measure the efficiency of asset use and maintenance, such as:
Asset utilization rate: The percentage of time an asset is in use
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF): The average time an asset operates before it fails
Mean Time to Repair (MTTR): The average time it takes to repair an asset after it fails
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): A comprehensive measure of manufacturing equipment productivity
Maintenance KPIs: Focus on the effectiveness of maintenance strategies:
Planned Maintenance Percentage (PMP): The percentage of maintenance that is scheduled
