Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), your primary responsibilities will include leading generation in the designated area, achieving business targets, ensuring the activity and success of all channel partners, analyzing the need for new or replacement channel partners, and maintaining the health of all business locations for acquisition purposes. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting business analysis and implementing improvements for channel partners, understanding customer needs, supporting other managers in joint account efforts, and ensuring the timely delivery of correct products and services to customers. Your key result areas (KRAs) will involve media marketing throughout the territory, sales of media services at bus stations within the specified zone, lead generation and prospect calling on a daily basis, making a minimum of 8-10 visits per day for media services sales, monitoring the health of bus stations with the support engineer, and achieving targets through media agencies and individual efforts based on potential. The successful candidate for this role will possess skills in teamwork, negotiation, leadership, prospecting, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, lead generation, sales data analytics, time management, data-driven decision-making, upselling, and cross-selling. Desired skills for this position include product knowledge. The preferred educational qualifications for candidates are any graduate degree, BBA, or MBA.
