Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance and the identification of new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent client relationship management skills
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Leadership skills with the ability to train and support a sales team
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
