We are now hiring dynamic and ambitious Area Sales Managers (ASM) to spearhead growth in key cities and states across India. 📋 Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations and growth in the assigned territory (State/Major City). Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in the region. Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel and direct sales. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest region-specific strategies. Monitor stock movement and coordinate with HO for timely deliveries. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and travel plans. Represent the brand at regional expos, trade shows, and client meetings. Lead and support a small field team where applicable. ✅ Desired Candidate Profile: 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Dealer Development, or Channel Sales (Automobile or Garage Equipment preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills. Self-driven, willing to travel extensively within the assigned state or city. Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets. Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
