We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Telesales Executives who can convert leads into sales, build customer trust, and contribute to our national dealer and direct customer base. 📋 Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (dealers and direct customers) from provided leads. Explain products and services clearly and convincingly (garage equipment: wheel aligner, tyre changers, lifts, etc.) Follow-up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the field sales team for closures and site visits when required. Handle queries, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction during and after the sales process. Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (Automobile/Industrial products preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business tools. High energy, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude.
