The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and the automobile sector. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing product solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to answer client questions confidently. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients to drive engagement and satisfaction. Data Entry: Update lead information and interactions in the CRM system accurately and regularly. Qualifications and Skills Education: Minimum high school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage. Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (or regional languages if applicable).
