Sales Lead


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and execute a sales strategy for the Cybersecurity SaaS Platform and cybersecurity services.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, demos, scoping, proposal, negotiation, to closure.
  • Drive enterprise and mid-market B2B sales with a focus on BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Revenue & P&L Ownership for the area
  • Take complete ownership of the assigned region/product line P&L.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Monitor KPIs (sales topline, conversion rates, average deal size, recurring revenue).
  • Team & Collaboration
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Develop a reseller/partner network to expand market penetration.
  • Market Development
  • Identify new opportunities, accounts, and geographies for expansion.
  • Represent Shieldbyte Infosec at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on

    cybersecurity, SaaS, and compliance industry trends

    to refine GTM strategy.

  • Requirements

    • 6–10 years of proven experience in

      cybersecurity sales

      and

      SaaS enterprise sales

      .
    • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Demonstrated experience in

      P&L ownership

      with financial acumen.
    • Ability to engage with

      CXOs, CISOs, and compliance leaders

      .
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong network in BFSI, IT/ITES, and regulated industries is preferred.
