Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Performance & Digital Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage PPC, SEM, and display campaigns with a focus on CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion optimization.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

  • Digital Marketing & SEO

    • Execute SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic visibility.
    • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic analytics, and backlink performance.
    • Support website optimization for lead generation and user experience.
    • Collaborate with content teams to ensure an SEO-driven content strategy.

  • Social Media & Branding

    • Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Develop engaging content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
    • Monitor competitor activities and identify new digital opportunities.


    Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., for campaign monitoring.
    • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
    • Monitor budgets, track spends, and ensure campaigns are within allocated budgets.


    Required Skills & Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of

      Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

      .
    • Hands-on experience with

      SEO tools

      (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker, and reporting dashboards.
    • Understanding of

      lead generation funnels

      and

      conversion rate optimization (CRO)

      .
    • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS / IT services / Cybersecurity).
    • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
