Role Overview

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management

• Identify and track relevant tenders, RFPs, and EOIs on GEM, e-procurement platforms, and other government portals.
• Manage end-to-end tender documentation, including technical, financial, and compliance sections.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance) to prepare complete and compliant bid responses.
• Ensure timely submission of bids on GEM and other portals.

• Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain updated records of all tenders, pre-qualification requirements, vendor registrations, and submitted bids.
• Ensure compliance with

  cybersecurity certifications, and regulatory requirements

  .
• Draft and review agreements, declarations, and other bid-related documents.

• Business Support

• Assist in preparing financial quotes, BOQs, and pricing models for cybersecurity products and services.
• Support the sales team in responding to client queries during the tendering stage.
• Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and vendors to obtain technical and commercial inputs.

• Portal Management

• Manage company profile, catalog, and product/service listings on the GEM portal.
• Handle GEM order processing, bid participation, reverse auctions, and compliance updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  GEM Portal

  operations and government tender procedures.
• Understanding of

  Cybersecurity products, services, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online e-tendering systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in tendering, GEM portal, or bid management.
• Experience in

  Cybersecurity or IT/ITES sector

  is mandatory.
• Certifications in tendering, bid management, or cybersecurity (preferred but not mandatory).
