Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (1–3 years of experience) or Business Development Manager (4–15 years of experience) to drive revenue growth for our cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in IT, SaaS Platforms, or cybersecurity domains.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, and other sectors.

Present and promote Shieldbyte Infosec’s offerings in Cybersecurity.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for cybersecurity solutions.

Develop and execute territory/account plans to achieve assigned sales targets.

Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to tailor client-centric proposals and presentations.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.

Represent Shieldbyte Infosec at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums.

Maintain updated records in CRM, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Stay abreast of cybersecurity trends, regulatory updates, and the competitive landscape.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:


Experience:

o  BDE: 1–3 years in business development or IT solution sales

o  BDM: 4–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity/SaaS

·      Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·      Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure

·      Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

·      Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools
