The ideal candidate will be well-versed in social media management, newsletter/email marketing, and performance-driven campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Roles and Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS) are met.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Social Media Marketing

Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions.
Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and grow social media communities organically.
Track and report on social media metrics and suggest optimisations.

Email Marketing / Newsletters

Create and manage regular email campaigns and newsletters.
Segment audience lists and personalise campaigns based on user behaviour and interests.
Analyse open rates, click rates, and conversions to improve performance.
Manage email tools like Mailchimp or similar.
