AREA SALES MANAGER / SR. MARKETING EXECUTIVE –  PUMPS / PIPES FOR GUJARAT / MADHYA PRADESH / RAJASTHAN STATE. ( Min. 2 to 5 Years Experience ) Any Graduate with experience in marketing of Pipes / Pumps. He should have capacity to Develop and manage distributors /dealers network.  A PVC pipe sales manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to increase market share within the PVC pipe and fitting industry. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on sales activities, including building relationships with customers, developing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets.  Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.  Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, dealers, and distributors.  Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for PVC pipes and fittings within the assigned territory or product line.  Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.  Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management.  Tender Management: Handle tender analysis, costing, and documentation for PVC pipe sales.  Order Execution & Coordination: Oversee order execution, coordinate with other departments for product availability, and ensure timely delivery.  Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the PVC pipe or related industry.  Sales Management Experience: Experience in leading and managing a sales team.  Market Knowledge: Understanding of the PVC pipe market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.  Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and address challenges effectively.  Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PVC pipes, fittings, and related products.  Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.  In essence, a PVC pipe sales manager acts as a leader, strategist, and relationship builder, driving sales growth and market share within a competitive industry.
