Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Deoghar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing store performance, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular monitoring of sales trends, training sales staff, and coordinating with the head office to implement promotional activities. The individual will also handle inventory management and ensure that stores are well-stocked and presentable.
