Role & responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and onboard new doctors, clinics, hospitals, and collection centres to increase pathology business in the assigned region.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent field activity and relationship management.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion:
Explore untapped areas and establish new tie-ups for B2B and B2C pathology services.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate field executives or business development officers to meet sales goals.
Promotion & Branding:
Plan local marketing initiatives, doctor meets, and awareness drives to promote diagnostic services.
Operational Coordination:
Liaise with laboratory, logistics, and collection teams to ensure smooth operations and timely report delivery.
Payment & Documentation:
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate client records and agreements.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends; share actionable insights with management.
