Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Accountant at our head office in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, transactions, and reports. Daily tasks include maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budget preparations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong skills in financial reporting, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation
• Experience with budget preparation and financial planning
• Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous
