Accountant Mid-LevelLocationHyderabad, KPHB KuKatpallyExperience3-6 years of relevant accounting experienceSalary3.24 L PARole SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate books of accounts, and support statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax. The role involves handling general accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, and assisting in monthly financial reporting and audits.Key Responsibilities1. Day-to-Day Accounting Record and verify sales, purchase, journal, and expense entries in the accounting software Maintain general ledger, sub-ledgers, and ensure books are updated and accurate. Prepare and process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash. 2. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts. Reconcile vendor, customer, and intercompany ledgers and resolve mismatches. 3. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and coordinate filing. Ensure correct TDS deduction, preparation of TDS workings, and support in filing TDS returns. Maintain proper documentation for statutory audits, tax assessments, and notices. 4. Month-End & Year-End Closing Assist in month-end closing activities provisioning, accruals, prepaid expenses, etc. Support in preparation of trial balance, P&L, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis. Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) and provide required information. 5. Receivables & Payables Management Track accounts receivable -invoicing, payment follow-ups, and ageing analysis. Monitor accounts payable - due date tracking, payment planning, and vendor coordination. 7. Process & Documentation Maintain proper documentation of all vouchers, invoices, and agreements. Help improve and implement strong internal controls and accounting processes. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred. Experience: 3-6 years working as an Accountant / Senior Accountant in India.

Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Tally Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax.Good command of MS Excel

Confident speaking skills to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and auditors.Growth mindset, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
