- Person needs to work at respective kitchen site.
- Maintain registers and documentation as per Government and TAPF policies at site.
- Record all financial and inventory transactions in books/ERP timely and accurately.
- Provide daily updates to the Project Finance Controller on financial transactions and operational status; escalate any issues promptly.
- Support the kitchen project and PMC team with CWIP reporting, asset capitalization, and related documentation.
- Facilitate internal and external audit requirements with necessary records and reconciliations.
- Conduct periodic verification of physical stock, cash, and assets, track variances, and report corrective actions.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), maintain inward/outward registers, and ensure proper invoice filing and voucher documentation.
- Manage petty cash/imprest, ensuring timely replenishment and reporting.
Ensure implementation of SoPs, policies, and internal control procedures at the site
- Finance Background having one year of experience is preferable or fresher with two to three months of training in TAPF
- B.Com / M.Com Qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office
