We’re redefining the future of work. Our co-working spaces are hubs of creativity, collaboration, and productivity. As we expand across regions, we’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and grow our member base.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and corporates
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
  • Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives across multiple locations
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure consistent growth
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success
  • Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners
  • Conduct site tours, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of new members
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with regional goals
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure readiness of spaces for new clients
  • Provide feedback to product and community teams to enhance offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-working
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
