Other duties include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth performance management. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and a deep understanding of workspace management. Addressing GST-related queries and notices from authorities. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitoring budget variances and providing analytical insights. Accounting Operations: Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
