Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center In-charge/Center Manager based in Gurgaon. The Center In-charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring high standards of service, overseeing staff, handling client inquiries, and maintaining the facility. Other duties include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth performance management. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and a deep understanding of workspace management.
