Role - Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade

Location - Zirakpur

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute and support local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
Driving modern trade business through Promoters
Maintaining business relationship and coordinating with respective Chain store managers for timely execution of sales plan
Visiting stores and ensuring sales discipline, conduct amongst promoters in the assigned territory
Responsible for achieving sales and increasing market share, tactical visibility and bringing focus in all brands.
Achieving sales in line with target, maintaining healthy Fill ratio.
Appointing, training & grooming promoters to deliver budgeted sales figures for assigned stores

Preferred candidate profile

Should have 6-10 years of experience of Modern trade in consumer durables / Electronics / Apparel / FMCG, FMCD, Should have at least 5 years of team leading experience.
Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.
Self driven, Good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities.
Ability to take initiative and work independently, as & when required. Must be above board in terms of financial & personal integrity.
