Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within Trichy and Tanjore area, managing a team of Sales Managers of atleast 4, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends and DSA channels, identifying new DSA to explore business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Knowledge of the finance industry, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
