Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve driving the growth of distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will be responsible for ensuring visibility and accountability through extensive deployment of QR codes and Sound boxes, as well as driving sales of the product. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and recruiting a sales team to align with and drive business in the market. - Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Area Sales Managers (ASMs). - Devising effective communication methods to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery. - Monitoring quality parameters as directed by the management. - Validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales made by the team. - Managing a large team of 5-10 ASMs and over 200 indirect employees. To succeed in this role, you must possess good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout your specified area. Additionally, you should be skilled in coaching, mentoring, and quick to grasp and apply new ideas and concepts. Superpowers and skills that will further aid your success in this role include being a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, having 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development in B2C markets, being passionate about working in fast-growing firms, and having good sales and negotiation skills with experience in quota-driven sales.
