Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hapur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will manage and oversee sales operations within their specific region, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and providing regular performance reports. Some work from home is acceptable.

Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
Conducting Market Analysis and understanding of Market Trends
Proficiency in Performance Reporting and Data Analysis
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Hapur and remote)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the digital business domain is an advantage
