Role Description Key Responsibilities: • Target vs Achievement: Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure consistent field performance. • Field Working: Conduct regular market visits to maintain doctor and lab relationships, and identify new opportunities. • Payment Collection: Ensure homely collection of payments from clients and maintain collection efficiency. • Network Development: Expand the network of doctors, local labs, and potential franchise partners. • Reduce Pre-analytical Errors: Monitor and improve sample collection and handling processes to minimize errors. • Aggressive Incentives: Work under a performance-based incentive structure, encouraging high productivity and results.
