Position - Regional Sales Manager Headquarter : Mangrol (Surat) / Mumbai Area - Gujarat and Maharashtra About the Company: A leading manufacturer of high-quality aata and Rotis. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead the retail sales operations in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product penetration in Kirana stores, retail outlets, and local distributors, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned region. Identify and onboard new Kirana stores, retail shops, and local distributors. Promote and sell products including flour, RTE, and frozen items. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure repeat business. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery. Participate in local promotions, sampling, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably food products. Strong network and knowledge of local retail markets in Gujarat. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across assigned territories. Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in introducing new products to the market. Ability to manage a small sales team. Understanding of inventory and distributor management. Compensation: 45-75K Per Month + TADA + Incentives
