Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably food products. Strong network and knowledge of local retail markets in Gujarat. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across assigned territories. Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in introducing new products to the market. Ability to manage a small sales team. The role includes managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with food safety and electrical standards, and improving equipment efficiency and plant uptime. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Responsibilities: (80%) Design, install, and maintain electrical systems in food processing units including motors, control panels, and automation systems. Troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, and implement preventive maintenance. Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, GMP, GHP) and electrical codes. Optimize power consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. Maintain proper documentation of all electrical systems, panels, and control circuits. Project Engineering Responsibilities: (20%) Plan and execute capital projects related to plant expansion, equipment installation, utility upgrades, etc. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare project schedules, budgets, layouts, technical specifications, and progress reports. Ensure proper commissioning of new equipment with minimal disruption to production. Monitor project quality, compliance, and safety standards during execution. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, control systems, and instrumentation. Knowledge of food-grade electrical installations and hygienic design practices. Familiar with electrical drawings and project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
