Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in assigned territories. Conduct regular market visits for relationship building, lead generation, and competitor analysis. Visit retail counters, dealers, and project sites to ensure proper branding, display, and sales performance. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support. Train and motivate dealer sales teams to enhance productivity and conversion rates. Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities. Prepare and submit detailed daily/weekly/monthly field reports to the Head Office. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and channel partner meets. Requirements: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales / channel sales / dealer management, preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, or hardware industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, team-building, and target-driven approach. Must be ready to travel 80% of the time across assigned regions. Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
