Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieve karna. New B2B customers onboard karna (dealers, retailers, OEMs). Market Development North Gujarat (Mehsana, Patan, Palanpur, Himmatnagar, etc.) ke liye detailed market mapping aur area coverage plan. Competitor analysis aur market intelligence collect karna. Dealer/Distributor Management Existing partners ko support karna aur unki sales ko accelerate karna. Credit control, payment follow-ups aur pricing policy implement karna. Dealer meets, training & product demo organize karna. Reporting & Coordination Daily/weekly sales reports HQ ko submit karna. Odoo CRM ya assigned software mein lead/customer data maintain karna. Marketing team ke saath campaigns aur local activations execute karna. ✅ Key Skills RequiredMinimum 2–3 years sales experience in battery / inverter / solar / EV / agri equipment industry (North Gujarat preferred). Dealer/distributor network handling ka proven track record. Strong communication & negotiation skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English). Field travel readiness (15–20 days/month). Target-driven aur self-motivated. 🎓 QualificationGraduate / MBA (Marketing preferred). Battery / Electrical / Automotive industry background added advantage. 💰 Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary (₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month based on experience). Incentives & performance bonus.
