SUMMARY
Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the admixtures and construction chemicals segment across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by building strategic relationships with RMC plants, contractors, builders, infrastructure firms, and project consultants. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to achieve targets, manage key accounts, and lead market expansion through proactive client engagement, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional coordination. Your performance will directly impact revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for admixtures and construction chemical products.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities from RMC plants, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and project consultants.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular engagement and value-added support.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct product demonstrations, and manage site trials at RMC plants and project locations.
  • Track and follow up on project pipelines to ensure timely order closures and delivery execution.
  • Manage and support channel partners, including appointment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure optimal product availability, effective stock management, and growth in secondary sales.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess on-site requirements, gather customer feedback, and stay ahead of market dynamics.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, product performance, and emerging trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, plant, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for performance tracking and planning.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 5 10 years of proven experience in sales of admixtures or construction chemicals.
  • Strong existing network with RMC plants, project sites, and contractors across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
  • Solid technical knowledge of concrete admixtures and their application in real-world construction scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • High willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
