Area sales Manager

We are hiring for Area sales Manager for a leading MNC, please find below the roles and responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities Video Door Phone Sales

• Drive sales of

  Video Door Phones (VDP)

  and related security solutions in the

  Bangalore region

  .
• Identify, onboard, and manage

  distributors, dealers, system integrators, and channel partners

  .
• Generate new business opportunities by targeting

  real estate builders, electrical contractors, architects, and OEMs

  .
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and product demand trends.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly

  sales targets

  , revenue growth, and penetration in allocated territory.
• Provide product demos, technical explanations, and solution recommendations to clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensure consistent follow-ups for closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting, and MIS updates.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer meets to enhance brand presence.
• Maintain deep knowledge of video door phones, CCTV, home automation, and related security technologies.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  Strong field sales experience in

  Bangalore

  market (must).

• Industry Preference:

• Security & Surveillance (VDP, CCTV, Access Control).
• Switchgear / Wires & Cables / Electrical products (acceptable).
