Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager based in Meerut, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home options. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, monitoring sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining high-quality customer service across all locations under their management. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in multi-outlet restaurant/QSR management

• Strong operational management skills, including team leadership and performance monitoring
• Proficiency in sales tracking, budgeting, and financial management
• Experience in implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and relationships
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address operational challenges
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, particularly in quick-service or casual dining chains, is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
