Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Meerut. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple outlets, managing staff, ensuring product quality, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include monitoring sales activities, conducting staff training, maintaining inventory levels, implementing company policies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in the food and beverage industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple locations and drive online and offline sales performance Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of inventory management and quality control Ability to work on-site in Meerut Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
