Designation: ASSOCIATE AREA HEAD (Western UP -NCR) Reporting to: State Head Work location: Greater Noida Languages to be known: English and Hindi UG Degree: Any degree Experience: 4- 10 years Salary: 7 LPA - 9LPA Skills required: • Presentation and communication skills. • Willing to travel (field sales) Job Responsibilities: • Training and Helping the LCL to grow in the assigned area. • Planning the activities/events and its execution. • Conducting parents meeting, Franchisee meeting, Orientation programmes, PPT Presentation in the various meetings, activities and event. • Tracking the business growth of the assigned LCL in terms of Numbers and Revenue. • 20 to 25 LCLs need to me managed, this includes franchisee support and monitoring. • Number of direct team members to be managed (As above) • For School business- number of Schools estimated to support / manage: 40 to 50 schools.
