Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through direct channel sales, agency channel sales, tied channel sales, and CBM (Corporate Business Management).
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in life insurance sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through various channels (direct/agency/tied).
  • Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
