Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to fill the role of Area Director of Revenue - West, based in Grand Hyatt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and control revenue expenses to ensure profitability.
Identify and develop plans for new revenue streams.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred.
