Job Description

Your Role

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organizations success
Identify opportunities, design solutions, and operationalize HR initiatives in alignment with business priorities. E.g., projects scale onboarding, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership management capability, development latest thinking on annual performance Management; Mobility etc.
Understand business goals; recommend approaches and be an expert in HR policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity.
Drives a new people initiative from ideation to fruition Coaches, consults, and mentors employees till a director level in the organization
Is Comfortable with complex stakeholder requests, showcasing org. values.
Demonstrates and promotes ethical practices
Works effectively and cooperatively with others to resolve conflict
Drives and enables peers to take moonshots
Is sought out by others because of their empathy & compassion.
Frequently shares knowledge as SME

What You Need

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and zeal to learn the Px functioning.
Theoretical knowledge of the HRBP functionality
2-11 months of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
