MetricStream is the enterprise SAAS GRC tool, enable our organisation to drive outstanding business performance based good governance, risk and compliance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile professional to join LSEG as a Functional Business Analyst, Developer with knowledge of Test Automation. This hybrid role involves gathering and analysing business requirements to ensure our software applications meet both functional and technical specifications and developing the requirement and automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JAVA Spring, ReactJS, PL/SQL, test automation, Agile methodologies, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical: Technical implementation of the requirements.

Develop and Implement Automation Frameworks: Design and develop automation scripts using test automation tools.

Collaborate with Agile Teams: Work closely with software developers and customers to ensure software requirements are met.

Create and Maintain Test Scripts: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality.

Implement and Analyse Tests: Perform automated and manual tests, analyse results, and document any issues.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and testing tools and test strategies and continuously improve test methods.

Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with Agile practices.

Business Analysis: Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure they are accurately implemented.

Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Documentation: Create detailed documentation for business requirements, test plans, and test results.
Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor's , Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Experience in JAVA Spring , ReactJS, PL/SQL ,test automation, Agile practices, business analysis and MetricStream GRC tool

Skills:

Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, Java Spring, ReactJS, plsql, Python.

Knowledge in tools like Postman or SoapUI or Insomnia

Knowledge in test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: java spring , ReactJS related certifications, ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications.

Knowledge of API development and Testing: Experience with creating backend API and testing.

Business Analysis Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other relevant certifications.
