The role of SAP SD L2 Support requires a candidate with 6 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in Domain and 5 years in SAP Functional. As an SAP SD L2 Support member, you will be responsible for providing incident management support and integration insights on other support modules to end users. This will enable them to effectively use SAP and its surrounding applications. You will work closely with the SAP SD Lead to resolve problems and implement necessary changes. Your main responsibilities will include providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in resolving SAP application issues, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem resolution. Additionally, you will offer functional insights to the Technical Team for incidents and problem tickets that couldn't be resolved by the L2 team. You will also provide functional insights for L3 incidents related to SAP modules in both primary and secondary environments, which may include non-SAP platform applications. Change management will be a crucial part of your role, involving preparing test plans for all Change Requests (CRs) that require more than 3 days of effort. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium and complex CRs, including developing functional specifications, testing, and deployment. Moreover, you will gather and publish data for various stakeholders, participate in Knowledge Management activities by creating/updating system documentation and training/user manuals, and collaborate with Business/HR to provide SAP process and solution insights for end user training and business improvement initiatives. In terms of qualifications, a degree in BE/B-Tech/MBA is required, along with optional certifications in SAP SD and ITIL-F. Essential skills for this role include a good understanding of all SAP SD concepts such as SD Pricing, Document controls, GST and E-Invoicing, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, and Credit Management/FSCM. You should also have knowledge of SAP integration areas with SAP OTC-ECC/S4 and interfaces with other applications (API, IDOCs, etc.), basic ABAP debugging skills, experience with SAP HANA, exposure to support and end-to-end implementation projects, and excellent communication and interaction skills with stakeholders. 4 8 years of experience in batch process in bulk drug or specialty chemicals manufacturing. Exposure to scale-up lab/ pilot process to commercial plant. Exposure to Technical Transfer, Process control, Process safety, PRA/HAZOP / material and energy balance. Write control logics/ sequences for PLC/ DCS. Exposure to Process calculations. Production experience is an added advantage.
3 6 years of experience in Research and Development. Execution of multiple step synthesis, Process optimization, Scale up and co ordination with pilot plant. Design of experiments. Support scale-up in new product introduction. Adherence to standards / safety system.
5-8 years of experience in Instrumentation maintenance in batch process in Chemical, Petrochemicals, bulk drug or specialty chemicals manufacturing. Good knowledge in Programming, Understanding the logics in DCS with foundation field bus configuration. Hands-on work experience to carry out breakdown maintenance of all instruments in Chemical industries.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in handling Mechanical maintenance work. To carry out responsibilities of daily maintenance of static and rotary equipment activities in the plant. Hands on experience in handling various batch processing equipment like glass lined reactors, dryers, filters, pumps, distillation columns, pipings etc. utility operations like chillers, compressors, cooling towers etc. Exposure to Mechanical maintenance in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, bulk drug or specialty chemicals manufacturing.
5 8 years of experience in batch process in bulk drug or specialty chemicals manufacturing. Experience in distillation (Column operation preferred).
