Application Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer with hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD to support our technical and sales teams. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, providing product demonstrations, technical guidance, and on-site support. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory as regular field visits are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
  
• Demonstrate and explain features, functionalities, and workflows of Revit and AutoCAD products.
  
• Assist clients with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software solutions.
  
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to address client queries and feedback.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  
• Stay updated with product updates, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and technical issues in CRM.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil.
  
• 24 years of experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Consultant.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
  
• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
