Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention and growth. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them achieve maximum value from our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for customer queries and concerns. Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. Work towards reducing customer churn and improving retention rates. Issue Resolution & Support: Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with technical or support teams to resolve customer challenges. Customer Feedback & Process Improvement: Gather customer feedback to improve products/services. Provide insights to internal teams for product enhancement. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Generate reports on customer success metrics and engagement levels. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Qualification: B.E (Civil / Mech) Exp: 0- 3 Years Location: Chennai
