Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Overall 3+ years of experience in development including SDLC
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next js, or Vue.js, tailwind CSS.
Strong proficiency in one or more server-side programming languages such as Python.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Proficiency with RESTful API design and development.
Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of version control systems - Git.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Capability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
Experience with performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end.

Assess and integrate new technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Foster team learning and drive technical knowledge sharing.
Maintain high-quality deliverables through testing and peer code reviews.
Record architectural choices, design principles, and engineering best practices.
Guide and mentor junior engineers in technical and professional development.

Skills Preferred:

React JS & Typescript, Redux, Azure DevOps, Flask, FastAPI, problem solving, Communication, No SQL, Azure Cloud (Mandatory), CI/CD pipelines, deployment, Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD, MSAL.js), Session and local storage management, Real-time communication (WebSockets, SignalR), Browser performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching). Web Security Practices (XSS, CSRF protection, Content Security Policy), Web Workers & Multithreading, Responsive & adaptive UI development for multiple devices/browsers.
