About Us:- New Comers Innovations Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing high-quality baby and kids' garments and accessories. With an in-house design and manufacturing setup, we are known for our innovative fabric designs and superior quality. Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Handle end-to-end coordination for orders, from sampling to production and delivery. Vendor Coordination: Work closely with fabric suppliers, printers, and other vendors to ensure timely procurement and quality checks. Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for buyers, understanding their requirements and ensuring smooth communication. Quality Control: Monitor fabric quality, design accuracy, and product standards at all stages of production. Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the production team to manage stock levels and forecast demand. Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and suggest innovative designs and concepts to the team. What We're Looking For Proven experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in kids' textiles or garments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and quality. Familiarity with various fabrics such as cotton, viscose, bamboo, and polyester is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
