What We're Looking For Proven experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in kids' textiles or garments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and quality. Familiarity with various fabrics such as cotton, viscose, bamboo, and polyester is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
